We started on the factory floor. Now we're building for the paperwork behind it too.
The Logical Auditor started as a way to answer one simple question — what's actually happening on the factory floor right now — and grew from there. We build for supervisors and machine operators, not head-office dashboards: if it doesn't work on a tablet at the station in the middle of a shift, it doesn't ship.
Vilmak is a small, independent UK team. The Logical Auditor is live and running in real factories today — we're deliberately onboarding new sites one at a time as pilot partners, so each rollout gets our full attention before we open things up more widely.
From 1 October 2026, permitted waste-receiving sites in England, Wales and Northern Ireland must start reporting waste receipts to the government's new Digital Waste Tracking service (Scotland follows in January 2027) — on top of the waste transfer notes they already keep, not instead of them. DWTN is our answer: independent software, not the government's own system, built to make that new reporting duty as painless as possible, for the people who have to log it every day, not just the people who have to report on it.
